1. Our Promise

At [Your Brand Name], your comfort and confidence matter most. We want you to love every piece you wear — and if it’s not the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Free Returns

To keep every customer’s experience hygienic and safe, please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Panties or underwear bottoms
  • Bodysuits or shapewear without hygiene seal
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

3. How to Request a Free Return

Email [support@yourbrand.com] or submit a return request through your account.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item name and size
  • Reason for return (e.g., sizing issue, defective item, etc.)

We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange free pickup (where available).

4. Refund & Exchange Options

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be offered a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A free size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive your returned item.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — with all shipping costs covered by us.

6. Return Shipping

Free return shipping applies to all eligible first returns per order. For additional return requests from the same order, shipping fees may apply.

We recommend using the provided prepaid courier label (e.g., PosLaju, J&T, or NinjaVan).
