Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping rate will be calculated once the shipping address is provided. If your shipping address is not within our delivery area, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
  2. Before payment, the shipping fee will be shown in the Grand Total.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is completed. A tracking link will be included in the email so you can track your parcel at any time.
  4. Please contact the delivery agent to make an appointment if you are unable to receive the parcel on the designated shipping day.
  5. Order confirmation and closing are every Monday to Friday before 12 p.m. (Except Public Holidays, it will be the next working day).
  6. After order confirmation, delivery will be arranged on the next working day, except weekends and public holidays.
  7. Estimated delivery days (not including arranging and packaging days):
    • West Malaysia: 2 – 3 working days
    • East Malaysia: 5 – 7 working days
    *All delivery time is based on the delivery partner’s working hours.
  8. All parcels will be delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  9. During promotional periods, delivery may be delayed. Please be patient and allow a few extra days.
  10. We have several designated delivery agents in Malaysia to reduce parcel delays. Our goal is to ensure all orders arrive within the promised time. However, due to weather, distance, or other circumstances, we cannot guarantee all parcels will arrive on time.

  12. We do not provide refunds for admin fees or delivery charges.
